Modern machinery contains countless power, data and control cables, as well as pneumatic hoses。In large systems, their total length can quickly reach several thousand meters。Cable troughs make it easier to lay and assemble cables。

BLOCAN® trunking is made of anodized aluminum, the series is not only beautifully designed, but also carefully designed in detail, providing customers with great added value and greatly facilitating their work。

Cable troughs are available in a variety of sizes: 40, 40x20, 40x80, 80x40 and 80x80。Can be supplied to a length of 6 meters or cut to the required length。In addition, cable troughs with mounting holes are available, which is also a new feature of aluminum cable troughs。With the help of rotary mounting clips, the troughs can be quickly attached to BLOCAN® profiles。

The cabling slot has a slot cover that can be lifted up or turned sideways by 90° to open。

Partitions keep the interior of the troughs in good order

Order creation convenience。In addition to the easy to use swivelling cover, the optional plastic spacer is also helpful to the installer. The spacer can easily separate the hose, signal wire and cable in the cable trough and keep the structure intact。The spacer also helps in high-altitude assembly, preventing the installed cable wire from falling from the height when the cable is inserted。 The spacer can also be opened at any time to facilitate the laying of more cables。

Easy to attach to BLOCAN profiles (no processing required)

We also offer troughs with mounting holes, which is a new feature of aluminum troughs。With the help of a rotating mounting clamp, the troughs can be quickly attached to the BLOCAN profile。

In terms of cable troughs, RK Rose+Krieger also adheres to the product concept of "connecting without drilling"!It can be assembled simply by cutting the aluminum profile to the appropriate length。

Equipotential connection

Equipotential connection kits are available as accessories and can be inserted directly into the fixed slot of the aluminum profile。

A conductive connection can be created by tapping screws on the slot cover。

Insert spring strips help hold the cover in place

An optional spring bar helps to secure the cover in any open position so that the cover is always attached to the cable trough without having to be placed on one side。When installing the cable trough horizontally (wall-mounted), the trough cover can also be used as a tray (to hold pre-installed cables and hoses), simply turn it down and hold it in a horizontal position。

Spacer helps with high altitude assembly

The pressure spacer is available as an attachment and is installed in the cable trough to separate the hose, signal wire and cable。By using partitions, the laying of various types of cables becomes easier。This flexible partition prevents the installed cable from falling from a high altitude, and can be opened at any time to facilitate the installation of more cables。This is especially advantageous for high-altitude assembly。
